WORKSHOP INTENTION
The goal of the Innovative Coaching Workshop is to enable you to invent/design your own coaching product or service, geared towards an Irish audience.

WORKSHOP OUTLINE
Over the 4 week program we will:

• Identify personal and social barriers to coaching in Ireland
• Identify how to tap into the wealth of potential clients currently resistant or sceptical about coaching
  
• Discover the opportunities behind these barriers
  
• Identify and release limiting beliefs that may be affecting your ability to be creative and prosperous
  
• Use Deep Thought Experiments to systematically discover new coaching tools and services that will address the barriers and appeal to these untapped audiences
• Learn the most effective way to protect your idea.
• Create an action plan to test and prototype your product or service.

To help you get the most from the program, there will also be exercises to complete between sessions. Designed to open your eyes to even more possibilities for coaching in Ireland, the insights generated will be further developed in the workshop.
